Type of Qualification:

The GRE and GMAT help assess whether applicants have the quantitative, verbal, and analytical skills required to succeed in our graduate business programs. However, Florida Southern recognizes that some applicants may be able to demonstrate their potential to succeed in a classroom without either of these tests. To be considered for a test waiver, you must have a minimum undergraduate 3.0 grade point average (GPA) on a 4.0 scale and meet one of the following criteria:

Applicant is a graduate of an AACSB-accredited business school with a 3.25+ cumulative GPA
Applicant is a graduate of Florida Southern College with a 3.25+ cumulative GPA
Applicant is a graduate of Florida Polytechnic University with a 3.25+ cumulative GPA
Applicant is a graduate of a regionally accredited institution with a 3.30+ cumulative GPA
Applicant currently holds a master’s or terminal degree (JD, MD, PhD, etc.)
Applicant currently holds an active CPA license
Applicant is a lifetime Beta Gamma Sigma member
Applicant has a minimum of 3 years of qualifying managerial experience
