Florida - Trinity Preparatory School College Fair

Hello,

On behalf of the entire Trinity Prep community we are excited to have you participate in our annual college fair on Saturday, September 14th!

We wanted to pass along a few housekeeping items for the day:

Agenda

11:30 - 12:00 PM - Check-in at Race Athletic Center Gymnasium and table set-up

12:00 - 12:50 PM - Lunch in the Library (provided) and welcome remarks from students

1:00 PM - 3:00 PM - Fair

Parking

Signage and student volunteers will be guiding you to park in the first two rows in front of the Race Athletic Center Gymnasium (image below)

Table set-up

Each school will have a 6’ x 3’ table to set up materials - you will need to bring your own tablecloth.  Wifi access information will be provided when you arrive.

To show our appreciation for your in-person attendance, we will provide you with a comprehensive list of student registrants. No need to bring those inquiry cards!
