Hello! My name is Joe Madigan and I serve as Director of Undergraduate Recruitment Outreach. I have the pleasure of being the main point of contact for all first year students from Manatee, Sarasota, Charlotte, Lee, and Collier Counties in Florida. I have been the counselor for students from Southwest Florida for the past 9 years and excited to help anyone I can. 

These Moc Meetings can cover a wide variety of topics! Here are some of the things that you might be interested in talking about during your time with an admissions counselor:

If you are a student who has not yet applied to Florida Southern:

If you are a student who has applied to Florida Southern but has not yet received a decision:

• Application process details or information about required materials

• Questions about next steps and completing documents

• More in-depth information about your future major and life at FSC

If you are an accepted student at Florida Southern:

• Personalized financial aid consultations

• Questions about classes, residence life, and other aspects of your time at FSC

• Help filling out paperwork to secure your spot in FSC’s incoming class
